Terms of Service for I Fly Indoor

1. Who May Use the Service

You may use the service only if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate account information when creating or updating your account.
• You may sign in using supported third-party providers such as Google or Apple, subject to their own terms.

3. The Service

I Fly Indoor is an indoor flight logging app that allows you to create model types, record flights, manage related flight information, and export your own records.

The service may change over time. We may add, modify, limit, or remove features at any time, including during beta testing.

4. Beta Status

The app may be offered in beta, preview, or public testing form. Beta features may be incomplete, may change without notice, and may contain bugs or inaccuracies. You use beta functionality at your own risk.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the data and content you create in the app, including flight records, model types, notes, and other content you submit.

You grant us a limited right to host, process, transmit, and store your content only as needed to operate, maintain, and improve the service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service in violation of any law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
• Use the service to distribute malicious code, spam, or abusive content
• Reverse engineer or misuse the service except where such restriction is prohibited by law

7. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and process information.

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account from within the app through Settings → Account Security → Delete Account.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleting your account will remove your account and associated app data, subject to any limited retention required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or operational purposes.

9. Third-Party Services

The service may rely on third-party providers, including authentication, storage, sync, feedback, and future billing providers. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to those providers' terms and policies.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the service or other users, or where necessary for legal or operational reasons.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the effective date above and provide notice through the app or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
